Other ingredients: Cellulose, gelatin (capsule) and vegetable stearate.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take 1-6 capsules with water or juice, three times per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

This product is designed to be taken on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before or after food, supplements and/or medications.
